The new “Ultimate Annexe” comes with walls that are versatile enough to suit any roll out or wind out awning, and are made from the highest quality materials manufactured in Australia with the features everyone has been asking for combined into an ultra modern style.

This well designed Annexe is easy to assemble, practical and looks fantasic in it’s range of colours to suit many personal tastes.

Twin Stitched

Built to last we use twin stitched machines on all our annexes, meaning hems and Zips are double reinforced.

Anti-flap

With the Aussie Traveller Anti Flap Kit you have Six clamps to hold your roll out awning vinyl to stop it flapping as part of a full length clamping system. The additional tracks on the Anti Flap Kit are used to hang our annexe walls and porches from.

Sail Track & Side Strips

White or Black powder coat aluminium sail track is attached to your van using marine stainless screws. On a ridged caravan service double sided foam tape is attached to the sail track to provide a seal between the track and the van. Velcro side strips are easily inserted into the tracks making the wall attachment simple and fast.

Draft Strip

A draft strip is included as a standard to stop any wind coming under you caravan and also provides a complete seal inside your annexe to keep out the insects. The Standard draft strip is white, but this can be upgraded to acoloured vinyl to colour coordinate with the vinyl on your annexe. It is attached to your van using press studs so it can conveniently be removed when
travelling and reattached when setting up your annexe.

Annexe Walls, now with Interpell Proofing.

The Ultimate Annexe is manufactured with the top two thirds of the annexe wall in an Australian made 10oz canvas, which is strong but lightweight and durable.

At Australia wide Annexes Gold Coast we are now using an” Interpell” proofing on all our canvas. It’s not just a coating over the canvas, it’s actually impregnated into the fibres of the fabric forming part of the woven material. This method for repelling mosquitoes has been scientifically tested and approved to repel 15 varieties of mosquitoes including (Aedes Viglax (known as the nuisance biting pest carrier of Ross River Virus and Barmah Forest Virus)

The bottom third of your annexe walls will be made from reinforced vinyl, The bottom of your annexe is the part that is likely to get dirty, this can be easily wiped clean with our range of colour coordinated vinyls that will keep your annexe looking modern and sleek

Screen Doors

Don’t lose your view and keep the bugs out with zip around screen doors. Reinforced mesh is hard waring and strong in a choice of coordinated colours. All mesh screens zip to the ground so can be closed down when keeping the bugs out or rolled right up to leave the annexe as open as you like.

All our Annexes come with complimentary storages bags, One large bag to store the walls and a second to store poles, curved roof rafters and Antiflap kit,

We are now using pvc ladder straps as an addition to the eyelets at the bottom of your annexe. These clever additions give you options on site when you are pegging down your annexe to a site that is not perfectly level.
